• Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins.

• Please queue in a socially distanced manner at the entrance

• Give yours and your child’s name and your drink choice to Amanda/Debbie to “Check in”

• Please take a seat one of the chairs positioned in the semi-circle and wait for the session to begin.

• At half time, Please queue up at the snack table/hatch to collect your hot drinks and snacks for you all to enjoy.

• When the session has finished please gather all your belongings together and head towards the exit.

• Please note that your name and contact details will be kept safely for 21 days for the “track and trace” Covid19 guidelines.

• Please DO NOT attend a session if you or your child are feeling unwell or are showing any symptoms of Covid19 OR if you have been in contact with anyone who has the virus.

• If you cannot attend a session you have booked on to then please let me know as soon as possible as the fees will be NON-REFUNDABLE if you do not let me know 24 hours before or if you do not turn up.

• Please be aware that there is a 50p booking fee included when you pay and this 50p will NOT be refunded if the session is cancelled by yourselves or by Boogie Beanies.
